If you don't like something, that's totally fine! You can return items that you do not want to keep within the statutory 14 days.

There is no return slip , just put the address on it and send it to the post office. Since we, as a small label, unfortunately cannot offer free returns, a processing fee of €5.00 will be retained in the event of a return .

So that nothing breaks, it is best to use the shipping material with which your order also arrived (yay, recycling!) If the value of the goods is high, it's better to play it safe and send your return back as an insured package.

To make the refund easier, please make sure your order number is on the shipment or simply use our packing slip.
